SA1750CR has superior abrasion resistant qualities, which provides a long service life. While SAS TriAlloy Abrasion Resistant Plate combines good wear resistant qualities with the ability to withstand impact. No matter what the size of your bucket, SAS can develop a liner system to meet all of your needs. SA1750CR can also be utilized to hardface the wear surfaces of your bucket's teeth.
New and Rebuilt Dragline Pins
Why throw away your worn pins? SAS Global's Inventory Exchange Program can save you money by taking worn pins and rebuilding them on a planned schedule. Worn pins received from mines are marked with permanent serial numbers. SAS then stores them in our own inventory, and rebuilds them during the year well ahead of your next planned maintenance. A continuous supply of fresh pins will always be available for when you need them. SAS Global feels we have developed a very comprehensive rebuilding service to meet all of your needs, all at a great savings to you. New pins are also available through SAS Global Mining.

The 185,000 square foot SAS Global World Headquarters features a152,500 square foot Fabrication Facility and 32,500 square feet of office space.
SAS Global's Engineering capabilities has led to the development of over 50 patented products. We can provide complete design, engineering, reverse-engineering, and drafting services. Our department utilizes both CAD and CFD modeling software to develop custom solutions to a variety of engineering challenges. With over a combined total of 100 years experience, we will work with you to develop a unique solution to your problems.
The SAS Global Fabrication Facility is fully equipped with technologically advance fabrication equipment that is operated by experienced personnel. All fabrications are subject to stringent Quality Control procedures during every step of fabrication. This facility also features our complete in-house manufacturing of Chromium Carbide Overlay Plate (SA1750CR), and Fusion Cast Ceramic lined products.
